You are viewing an impressive pair of nearly lifesize English bronze lions. I hope the photos do this stunning pair some justice, they're certainly more impressive in the flesh. The lions remind us of the famous ones found in Trafalgar square by Edward Landseer. The casting is of the highest quality and the patina to the bronze has a lovely dark nutty brown finish to it. Details like the mane are particularly worthy of detail, as the lions locks flow. The face is also very expressionistic and the artist has really caught the creatures character and power with skill. These would make a great decorative piece for your home or garden. Being bronze these would of course be able to live outside with no fear of rusting and would make excellent gatekeepers either side of your driveway or entrance. They are both offered in perfect condition ready for use right away. We bought these from an architectural salvage firm in Islington, North London.

You are viewing a gorgeous French empire style cut glass urns with silverplate fixtures. I hope the photos do this stunning and unusual piece some justice it is certainly better in the flesh.

The cut glass has a lovely ruby colour and features wonderful cross hatches around the classical shape. Then we have the silverplate fittings, including the reef sash, the lids, the acanthus leaf soccle and the laurel reef base.

You are viewing an absolutely incredible 12 foot tall English Victorian style gazebo cast from cast iron. The main structure is supported by the six classical columns to the outer perimeter. Running underneath the perimeter is the bench which opens at one sections so you can walk into the gazebo. This would be a totally unique and impressive addition to any garden or exteriors scheme and would look stunning in the right location.

Gazebos were popular in Victorian England as a garden ornament, set in the gardens with foliage and creepers growing up and around them and meshed into the large dome to provide welcome relief from the sunlight on a summers day. A place for quiet relfection or conversation.
